When a window dresser collapsed face down on one of the beds at his 
workplace in Johannesburg and died, window shoppers thought he was just 
a mannequin, and part of the store's display.  Shoppers continued to enjoy 
the unusual sight for three days, until one customer complained that the 
display was in "bad taste."
